Bor-plastika d.o.o. is able to offer its customers different technologies of technological wastewater treatment, depending on the needs of the client and the required output parameters of treated water. Technological wastewater generated in the production process pollutes the environment and needs to be treated before being discharged into the recipient in order to preserve the environment. The device is made in a container design with underground PP (polypropylene) tanks. The purification process is fully automated and requires minimal monitoring of the purification process by the operator on the device. Wastewater treatment from the dairy industry consists of a combination of mechanical pre-treatment and physico-chemical treatment. The technological wastewater treatment plant consists of the following functional units: pump manhole, fine mechanical treatment, aerated equalization tank, flotation device type: DAF (dissolved air flotation), chemical dosing station, pipe flocculator, sludge tank and automatic station preparation and dosing of polyelectrolytes.
