Pontoons are used for demanding sea surfaces for the binding of vessels, the transportation of passengers and goods across water surfaces, or as a raft, for sun-bathing, etc.
The optimal mechanical resistance as well as corrosion resistance is achieved by using following materials:
• polypropylene, for floating elements, resistant to harmful sea factors and harmful UV light, if necessary, it is filled with expanding polystyrol.
On demand
• aluminum alloy or inox materials for bearing structures of floating elements, which are in continual contact with the sea and are resistant to corrosion
• Warm method zinc steel for the frame of the pontoon platform. This material provides high mechanic resistance to sea movements, and the irregular pulling of the vessel.
• Walking areas made from wood or polyethylene/polypropylene, which are slip resistant.
The production of pontoons from the selected materials is in accordance with the customer`s requirements.
